Quiz score to onboarding plan in 60s

When a new customer emails asking how to get started, your agent reads their completed ScoreApp quiz — fetching their score band and lowest-rated areas — then creates a personalised onboarding checklist in ScoreApp, posts a prioritised summary to the team Slack channel, and drops a kickoff call on the customer's calendar. Support reps walk into every onboarding call with a data-backed action plan, not a generic deck.

Connect

How to plug ScoreApp into Actionist

Pick the connection method that suits your environment.

The fastest path. Install ScoreApp's MCP server in one click and let the agent read quiz data, manage leads, and react to quiz events through a permissioned OAuth handshake — no tokens to rotate, no API keys to secure.

1
Open the Apps tab

Find ScoreApp in the Apps library and click Connect. MCP is selected by default.

2
Authorise in ScoreApp

A ScoreApp OAuth window opens — log in and grant Actionist read/write access to your quizzes and leads. Choose the account that owns the quizzes you want the agent to work with.

3
Test the connection

Actionist runs a read-only call to list your quizzes and verify the handshake. You're ready.

FAQs

Questions about ScoreApp + Actionist

How does Actionist connect to ScoreApp?
The recommended path is MCP — install it from the Apps tab and complete a one-click OAuth handshake with your ScoreApp account. If you prefer manual control, you can paste an API token generated from ScoreApp's Account Settings → Integrations → API page. Both methods give the agent full read/write access to quizzes, leads, and responses.
Which ScoreApp objects can the agent read and write?
The agent can create, read, update, archive, duplicate, and delete quizzes; create and update individual questions; create, read, update, and list leads; fetch quiz responses (individual and bulk exports); send quiz invitations; and pull per-quiz analytics including completion rates and drop-off data.
Can the agent react to quiz events in real time?
Yes — four webhook triggers fire into the agent: Lead Signed Up (contact details submitted), Quiz Started (first question clicked), Quiz Finished (all questions answered), and Lead Details Updated (any field changed). The agent can handle each event separately, so you can route differently based on completion state.
How do I avoid triggering a loop when the agent updates lead data?
The Lead Details Updated trigger fires whenever any lead field changes — including changes your agent makes. To avoid loops, add a custom field (e.g. 'agent_processed') to each lead record and set it to true on first update; at the start of every handler, check that field and skip if already set. Alternatively, use a workflow condition node to filter on the specific field that human actions change, ignoring fields only the agent touches.
What permissions does the ScoreApp OAuth grant?
The OAuth scope grants read and write access to all quizzes and leads in the connected account, plus the ability to receive webhook events. It does not grant access to billing settings, team member accounts, or account-level configuration. If you connect a sub-account, the agent only sees quizzes owned by that account.
Can the agent handle ScoreApp quizzes from multiple accounts?
Yes — add multiple ScoreApp connections in the Apps tab, one per account. When building a workflow, specify which connection to use in each ScoreApp action step. The agent keeps credentials separate and will never mix responses across accounts.
Are there API rate limits I should be aware of?
ScoreApp enforces per-account rate limits on their REST API. For high-volume campaigns (hundreds of leads completing quizzes simultaneously), space out bulk exports using scheduled workflows rather than processing every Quiz Finished trigger synchronously. The agent will surface a 429 error in the workflow log if a limit is hit; add a retry step with a 2-minute delay as a safeguard.
What happens if I disconnect ScoreApp from Actionist?
Disconnecting removes the OAuth token and stops all active webhook listeners. Existing quiz data in ScoreApp is unaffected — nothing is deleted. Any scheduled workflows that use ScoreApp actions will fail with a 'disconnected app' error and pause at that step until you reconnect. Reconnecting re-registers the webhooks automatically.
