ICP visitor to booked demo in 90 seconds

The moment Altoviz identifies an ICP-matching company on your site, your agent springs into motion — it fetches the full firmographic profile, finds the primary decision-maker, tags the company, posts a targeted alert to the support and success Slack channel, and drops a discovery call on the calendar with a pre-filled agenda. By the time a human glances at their phone, the account is already warm, owned, and calendared.

FAQs

Questions about Altoviz + Actionist

What data does Altoviz collect about my site visitors, and does it comply with GDPR?
Altoviz identifies companies — not individual people — using reverse-IP lookup and firmographic enrichment. No personal data is stored at the individual level, and the agent can be configured to exclude visits from geographies where additional consent requirements apply. Review Altoviz's Data Processing Agreement at altoviz.com/privacy before connecting.
How do I connect Altoviz to Actionist?
Open the Apps tab, find Altoviz, and click Connect. MCP is the recommended method — your Altoviz credentials authorise a permissioned handshake in one step. If your environment requires a direct API token, navigate to Settings → API in your Altoviz dashboard, generate a token, and paste it into the API Token connection method.
Which Altoviz plans support the API and webhook features the agent uses?
Webhook creation and API access are available on Altoviz's paid plans (Growth and above). The free tier identifies companies but does not expose the webhook or full API endpoints that enable real-time agent routing. Check altoviz.com/pricing for the current plan breakdown.
Can the agent trigger outreach sequences automatically, and is there a risk of spamming identified companies?
Yes — the agent can call 'Trigger sequence for identified company' the moment a company is identified or hits a specific intent threshold. To prevent over-contacting, configure your ICP filter to restrict which companies qualify for automatic enrolment and set a per-company enrolment frequency cap in your Altoviz sequence settings. The agent respects whatever sequencing rules Altoviz enforces on the server side.
How accurate is company identification — what percentage of visitors get de-anonymised?
Altoviz typically identifies 15–35% of B2B site visitors, depending on your traffic mix and the proportion of corporate-network versus home-office IP addresses. Accuracy improves with B2B-heavy traffic. The agent surfaces only companies Altoviz has confirmed matches against its firmographic database — it does not surface low-confidence guesses.
Will the agent create duplicate CRM records if the same company visits multiple times?
Not if you configure it correctly. Before exporting a company to HubSpot or Salesforce, add a 'Get company profile' step and cross-check against the CRM using the company's domain. If a record already exists, update it rather than create a new one. The 'Export to HubSpot' and 'Export to Salesforce' actions both support upsert semantics when a matching domain is found.
Can I use Altoviz triggers to start workflows in Actionist automatically?
Yes. Register a webhook with 'Create webhook for new identification' and point it at Actionist's ingest endpoint. Every time Altoviz identifies a company, the webhook fires and Actionist's trigger handler processes the payload — scoring, routing, and logging without any manual step. You can set up separate webhooks for different ICP filters to keep routing logic clean.
How do I disconnect Altoviz without losing historical identification data?
Disconnect from the Apps tab by clicking the connected Altoviz tile and selecting Remove. This revokes Actionist's API access but does not delete any data in your Altoviz account — your historical company identification records remain intact there. Any Actionist workflows that call Altoviz actions will fail gracefully rather than silently, so you will see clear error notifications rather than unexpected behaviour.
