LinkedIn reply to booked call in 60 seconds

When a prospect replies positively to an Aimfox campaign, your agent classifies the intent, fetches the full conversation thread, and routes the lead to a booked discovery call — all before the rep notices the notification. The agent reads the reply, checks the lead's campaign step and enriched email in Aimfox, schedules a Google Calendar slot, posts the Aimfox conversation link to the #sales-hot Slack channel, and sends a meeting confirmation message via Aimfox — turning a LinkedIn reply into a booked call in under a minute.

What you do manually today

With Actionist

What your agent runs for you

  • Sales
    18 min / week
    Manual lead enrollment

SDRs copy LinkedIn URLs from a spreadsheet into Aimfox campaigns one by one, costing 3–5 minutes per lead and introducing errors when lists exceed 50 contacts.

    Sales Agent
    0 min
    Agent batch-enrolls from any source

The agent reads the CRM smart list, matches each contact to the right Aimfox campaign, and enrolls the full batch in one automated pass — with a Google Sheet log confirming each enrollment.

  • Marketing
    13 min / week
    Weekly campaign metrics pull

Marketers log into Aimfox to pull acceptance and reply rate figures, then manually transcribe them into a campaign performance spreadsheet for the weekly review.

    Marketing Agent
    0 min
    Agent posts metrics digest automatically

Every Monday, the agent fetches analytics for all active campaigns and posts a structured reply-rate and acceptance-rate table directly to the #linkedin-outreach Slack channel.

  • Customer Support
    18 min / week
    Inbox triage for hot replies

Support and success reps manually scan the Aimfox inbox for positive replies, then copy conversation context into the CRM before handing off to an account executive.

    Customer Support Agent
    0 min
    Agent routes and logs instantly

When a positive reply is detected, the agent fetches the conversation thread, tags the lead, creates a HubSpot deal, and pings the AE in Slack — all within seconds of the reply arriving.

  • Human Resources
    7 min / week
    Candidate pipeline check

HR coordinators manually review the Aimfox campaign targeting talent acquisition personas, exporting replies and checking which candidates have responded to outreach.

    Human Resources Agent
    0 min
    Agent surfaces responsive candidates

The agent lists all leads in the recruitment campaign who have replied, filters by seniority level, and drops a structured candidate shortlist into the HR team's Notion page each Friday.

  • Finance
    13 min / week
    LinkedIn ROI reconciliation

Finance analysts wait for sales ops to manually compile campaign-to-deal attribution data from Aimfox exports before calculating cost-per-opportunity at month end.

    Finance Agent
    0 min
    Agent delivers attribution automatically

At month close, the agent exports all Aimfox lead data, matches accepted connections to HubSpot deals, calculates cost-per-opportunity, and appends the figures to the finance Google Sheet.

  • Operations
    25 min / week
    Cross-account campaign audit

Operations managers log into each Aimfox-connected LinkedIn account individually to check campaign statuses, lead counts, and which sequences need pausing or resuming — a tedious multi-account shuffle.

    Operations Agent
    0 min
Agent audits all accounts at once

The agent lists all campaigns across every account, flags those nearing LinkedIn daily limits or showing sub-5% reply rates, and posts a prioritised action list to the ops Slack channel.

  • Legal
    6 min / week
    Outreach compliance check

Legal reviews Aimfox campaign message sequences manually before each new campaign launches, cross-referencing copy against approved messaging templates stored in a shared folder.

    Legal Agent
    0 min
    Agent pre-screens campaign sequences

Before launching a new campaign, the agent fetches the draft message sequence, checks each step against the approved template library in Notion, and flags non-conforming language with a Slack alert for legal sign-off.

FAQs

Questions about Aimfox + Actionist

How does Actionist connect to my Aimfox account?
You connect via an Aimfox API token generated in your account under Settings → Integrations → API Keys. Paste the token into the Actionist connection dialog and your agent gains access to all campaigns, leads, and conversations linked to that Aimfox workspace. You can connect multiple Aimfox accounts by creating separate connections in Actionist.
Which LinkedIn actions can the agent take on my behalf?
Via Aimfox's API, the agent can launch, pause, and resume campaigns; add leads to campaign sequences; send LinkedIn messages and InMails to existing connections or open profiles; send connection requests; and retrieve full message conversation threads. All actions run through your Aimfox-managed LinkedIn account — the agent never touches your LinkedIn session directly.
Will automated outreach get my LinkedIn account restricted?
Aimfox is designed to operate within LinkedIn's acceptable usage thresholds — it mimics human timing by pacing actions across business hours and respecting daily connection request and message limits. That said, high volumes or aggressive pacing can still draw scrutiny. Keep daily connection requests under 20–30, avoid sending identical messages to large lists, and use the campaign analytics to monitor acceptance rates — a sudden drop often signals LinkedIn is throttling the account.
Can the agent respond to replies automatically, or only notify a human?
The agent can do both. When a reply is received, it can classify the sentiment using an AI model and — if the intent is clearly positive — send a pre-approved follow-up message via the Send LinkedIn message action. For ambiguous replies, the recommended pattern is to fetch the conversation, summarise it, and alert the rep in Slack so a human crafts the response. Configure which path the agent takes by setting an intent threshold in your workflow.
How do I avoid duplicate outreach to the same lead across campaigns?
Before enrolling a new lead, instruct the agent to call List leads in campaign across your active campaigns and check whether the LinkedIn profile URL already appears. If a match is found, the agent can skip enrollment or tag the duplicate for review. For large operations, maintain a deduplication Google Sheet or Airtable base that the agent checks first — this is faster than querying every campaign individually.
Does the Aimfox integration support multiple LinkedIn accounts?
Yes — Aimfox supports multi-account management and exposes each account's campaigns via the API. In Actionist, you connect one Aimfox workspace per connection, but within that workspace you can address campaigns belonging to any of the managed LinkedIn accounts. Your agent can target a specific account by filtering campaigns by name or ID, or audit all accounts in a single workflow run.
What data does the agent get from lead enrichment?
Aimfox's lead enrichment returns a verified business email address for the lead based on their LinkedIn profile. The agent appends this to the lead record in Aimfox and can then pass the email to a CRM contact creation step or a parallel email cadence tool. Enrichment accuracy depends on Aimfox's data coverage for the lead's company domain — enrichment credits are consumed per successful lookup.
Can I schedule the agent to run Aimfox tasks at specific times?
Yes. Use Actionist's calendar scheduling to run Aimfox workflows at precise times — for example, launching campaigns at 08:00 UTC on weekdays, pausing them on Friday afternoon, and posting a weekly analytics digest on Monday morning. Aimfox itself handles the within-day message pacing once a campaign is live, so the agent's job is to trigger campaign-level controls at the right business cadence rather than micromanaging every individual send.
