Use the 'Get conversation' action first to check the thread's last-message timestamp before sending. If a message was sent in the past N hours, have the agent skip. You can also tag threads after the agent acts and filter the trigger to exclude already-tagged conversations.
Does Actionist store the Alive5 messages it reads?
Actionist reads message content in memory during a run to execute the workflow steps. It does not persist message body text to its own storage. Your Alive5 data stays in Alive5 — Actionist is a transient processor, not a secondary inbox.
What permissions does Actionist request from Alive5?
The MCP connection requests read access to contacts and conversations, and write access to messages, conversation status, contact fields, notes, and campaign enrolment.
