CRMSalesAutomationCommunicationAnalyticsProductivitySupport

Kommo is a messaging-powered CRM purpose-built for sales teams who live in WhatsApp, Instagram, and email threads. Connect it to Actionist and the agent creates leads the moment prospects appear, advances deals through every pipeline stage on its own, and keeps notes, tasks, and contacts in sync across your entire stack — your reps talk to customers, the agent handles the CRM.

Turn every support email into a logged, scheduled follow-up

When a customer email arrives in Gmail, the agent finds the matching Kommo contact, logs a note capturing the issue, posts a heads-up to the support Slack channel, and books a follow-up call in Google Calendar — all before a human has even read the thread. Your support team responds to customer context, not an empty inbox.

What your agent runs for you

  • Sales
    19 min / week
Manually creating leads after every call

Reps spend 19 min a week hand-typing lead names, deal values, and stages into Kommo after discovery calls instead of preparing for the next one.

    Sales Agent

  • Customer Support
    19 min / week

    Customer Support Agent
    0 min
Agent logs every customer email as a Kommo note

The moment a customer email arrives in Gmail, the agent finds the Kommo contact and creates a timestamped note with the subject, key asks, and a follow-up task — no rep intervention required.

  • Human Resources
    8 min / week
Manually updating contact records on territory changes

When reps are reassigned, HR or ops manually updates the responsible user on every affected Kommo contact, spending 8 min a week on a task prone to omissions.

Agent syncs account data across all three systems

When a new row lands in the master Google Sheet, the agent creates or updates the Kommo company record and mirrors the entry to HubSpot — three systems stay in sync from a single write.

  • Legal
    6 min / week
Manually logging contract milestones in Kommo

Legal attaches contract status updates to Kommo deals by hand, spending 6 min a week on a step that's always behind the actual contract workflow.

FAQs

Questions about Kommo + Actionist

What can the agent actually do inside Kommo?
Once connected, the agent can create and update companies, contacts, leads, notes, tasks, and links. It can also read any of those objects — finding a contact by email or a lead by company name — and all actions are idempotent, so Find or Create variants prevent duplicates automatically.
How does the agent know which pipeline stage to put a new lead in?
You define the rule once in your workflow or agent instructions — for example, 'leads from demo requests go to Qualifying, leads from MQL sync go to Marketing Qualified'. The agent follows that rule on every run without needing to be reminded.
Can the agent respond to events inside Kommo, like a lead moving stages?
Yes. The Lead Status Changed, Lead Updated, Contact Updated, and Company Updated webhook triggers fire the moment anything changes in Kommo. Your agent reacts in real time — updating a forecast sheet, sending a Slack alert, or creating a proposal document — without polling.
Will the agent create duplicate records in Kommo?
Not if you use the Find or Create variants. Find or Create Company, Find or Create Contact, Find or Create Lead, Find or Create Note, and Find or Create Task all check for an existing record first and return it if found — records are only created when none exists.
Which connection method should I use — MCP or API Token?
MCP is the recommended path for most teams. It uses an OAuth handshake so there are no tokens to copy or rotate, and the agent operates within Kommo's permission model. Use the API Token method only if your Kommo plan or IT policy restricts OAuth app installations.
Can the agent handle the full lead lifecycle or just the top of funnel?
The full lifecycle. The agent can open a lead the moment a prospect appears, advance it through every pipeline stage as deals progress, log notes after every interaction, create tasks for follow-ups, and mark it won or lost when the outcome is clear — all triggered by events in other tools, not by human clicks.
Does Kommo integration work with WhatsApp and other messaging channels?
Kommo routes conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other channels into its unified inbox. The agent works at the CRM data layer — creating and updating leads, contacts, and notes — so it captures and acts on what comes through any channel Kommo supports.
Can the agent link contacts to companies and leads to contacts automatically?
Yes. Create Link lets the agent associate any two Kommo objects — a contact to a lead, a company to a contact, a second stakeholder to an existing deal — so the relationship graph stays accurate without reps manually clicking through association menus.
