Qualified lead to booked meeting in under 60 seconds

When a high-value prospect replies with buying signals, your agent reads the full Arca conversation, qualifies the lead, books a 30-minute discovery call on the AE's calendar, and sends the prospect a confirmation — all before a human has even seen the notification. The AE gets a Slack message with the conversation summary, company context, and calendar link. Zero back-and-forth, zero lost momentum, and the prospect never waits more than a minute to hear back.

With Actionist

What your agent runs for you

  • Sales
    19 min / week
    Manual prospect research

SDRs spend 2–3 hours daily researching ICP accounts, finding contacts, and writing personalised openers before sending a single message.

    Sales Agent
    0 min
    AI agent prospects and sequences

Arca's AI agent finds ICP contacts, crafts personalised openers, and runs the full sequence — the rep only steps in when a meeting is ready to book.

  • Marketing
    14 min / week
    Campaign list building

Marketing ops manually pulls ICP account lists from enrichment tools and loads them into sequences, a process prone to duplicates and stale data.

    Marketing Agent
    0 min
    Agent enrolls contacts automatically

When a campaign launches, the agent reads the target segment from your CRM and enrolls qualifying contacts in Arca without any CSV wrangling.

  • Customer Support
    19 min / week
    Churn signal triage

Support reps manually review low-engagement accounts each week and draft re-engagement messages one at a time, missing many at-risk customers.

    Customer Support Agent
    0 min
    Agent monitors and re-engages

The agent monitors reply patterns in Arca, flags at-risk accounts, and launches a re-engagement sequence before the customer churns.

  • Human Resources
    8 min / week
    Candidate outreach drafting

Recruiters write individual outreach messages to passive candidates, copying and adjusting templates manually for each role and seniority level.

    Human Resources Agent
    0 min
    Agent personalises recruiter outreach

The agent builds a targeted Arca campaign for each open role, personalises outreach to each candidate's background, and surfaces interested replies immediately.

  • Finance
    14 min / week
    Pipeline data reconciliation

Finance manually cross-checks CRM pipeline against SDR activity logs to reconcile which leads are real opportunities before building the revenue forecast.

    Finance Agent
    0 min
Agent syncs pipeline in real time

When Arca qualifies a lead or books a meeting, the agent instantly pushes the status to the CRM so finance always forecasts against accurate, live data.

  • Operations
    30 min / week
    Lead routing and assignment

Ops manually routes qualified leads to the correct AE territory based on geography, industry, and account size — a slow, error-prone spreadsheet exercise.

    Operations Agent
    0 min
    Agent routes qualified leads instantly

When Arca qualifies a lead, the agent applies territory rules, assigns the AE, creates the CRM opportunity, and notifies the rep — in under 30 seconds.

  • Legal
    6 min / week
    Outreach compliance review

Legal periodically reviews SDR outreach templates and AI-generated messages to ensure opt-out language and regulatory compliance are intact.

    Legal Agent
    0 min
    Agent flags compliance gaps proactively

The agent monitors Arca persona scripts for missing opt-out language or regulated terms and alerts the legal team before a non-compliant message is sent.

How to plug Arca into Actionist

Pick the connection method that suits your environment.

The fastest path to Arca. Actionist installs Arca's official MCP server via a one-click OAuth handshake — no tokens to store, no webhook URLs to configure, and full access to campaigns, leads, conversations, and meeting booking from day one.

1
Open the Apps tab

Find Arca in the Apps library and click Connect. MCP is selected by default.

2
Authorise in Arca

You'll be redirected to getarca.app. Sign in, choose the Arca workspace you want Actionist to access, and click Authorise. The OAuth token is stored securely — you won't need to rotate it manually.

3
Test the connection

Actionist runs a read-only call to verify the handshake. You're ready.

FAQs

Questions about Arca + Actionist

What credentials does Actionist need to connect to Arca?
The recommended path is Arca's MCP server, which uses an OAuth handshake — you authorise Actionist in your Arca account settings and no token needs to be stored manually. If you prefer the direct API, generate an API token in Arca's developer settings under Account → API Keys and paste it into Actionist. The token needs read and write permissions on campaigns, leads, and conversations.
Can the agent enroll a prospect who is already in an active Arca campaign?
Before enrolling any prospect, use the List active campaigns action to check existing enrollment — Arca will reject duplicate enrollments at the API level and return a conflict error. The safest pattern is to fetch the prospect's current campaign membership first, then call Add prospect to campaign only if the result is empty. This prevents the API error and avoids sending duplicate sequences.
How do I stop the AI agent from re-engaging a disqualified lead?
Set the lead's disposition to disqualified using the Set lead disposition action immediately when the disqualify trigger fires. Arca honours the disposition flag and will block re-enrollment attempts via the API. Additionally, sync the disqualify reason to your CRM and add the contact to Arca's suppression list using the Tag lead action with a 'suppressed' tag — this gives you a second line of defence if a future campaign accidentally targets the same domain.
What objects can the agent read and write in Arca?
Via the MCP server or API, the agent has full read-write access to campaigns, prospects, conversations, lead dispositions, tags, agent personas, meeting bookings, and performance metrics. Training data is read-only via the API. The agent cannot modify billing settings or delete a campaign that has active sends in flight — Arca returns a 409 conflict in those cases, which your error handler should surface as a notification rather than a silent retry.
How often can the agent poll Arca for new qualified leads?
Arca's API enforces a rate limit of 120 requests per minute per token. If you are polling the qualified-lead endpoint on a schedule, a two-minute interval is safe for most teams. For real-time reaction, rely on the Qualified lead webhook trigger instead of polling — it fires within seconds of the event and does not count against your rate limit. Webhook-driven patterns are always preferred over polling in Arca integrations.
What happens to the Arca sequence when a rep takes over a conversation?
Calling Send manual reply puts the Arca conversation into manual mode, which pauses all AI-scheduled follow-ups for that thread. The AI agent will not send another message unless you explicitly resume the sequence via the Arca UI or re-enroll the prospect. This is intentional — Arca assumes a human takeover means the AI is no longer the right author for that thread. Build a resume step into your takeover workflow if you want the AI to re-engage after a human interaction.
Can I run multiple agent personas in Arca at the same time?
Yes. Arca supports concurrent personas, each with its own messaging style, sequence cadence, and ICP targeting. Use the Create agent persona action to spin up vertical- or region-specific personas, and assign prospects to the correct persona when calling Add prospect to campaign. Metrics are tracked per persona, so the Get agent performance metrics action returns persona-scoped data. There is no hard limit on the number of active personas — practical limits come from your Arca subscription tier.
How do I disconnect Arca without losing historical conversation data?
Disconnecting Arca from Actionist revokes Actionist's API access but leaves all data intact inside Arca. Before disconnecting, use Export leads to CSV to snapshot your qualified pipeline and Get conversation history to archive any threads your team needs for compliance or CRM records. Revoking the MCP server token in Arca's API settings is sufficient — you do not need to delete the integration from Actionist's side to stop outbound access.
